• Product images may be AI-generated studio previews; actual items match the described specifications and quality standards.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability (with full refund).
• Prices are in USD and may change during promotions; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and PayPal through PCI-DSS-compliant processors. Sales tax may apply based on your state.

4. Delivery

Delivery is 5–7 working days via FedEx after dispatch, to all 50 US states. Tracking numbers are emailed after dispatch. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

Pet products are for supervised pet use. Always choose the correct size for your pet's breed and weight, and inspect items regularly for wear. QBS SUPPORT LLC is not liable for damage arising from unsupervised misuse contrary to product instructions.
